Dr Konstantinos Spiliopoulos Konstantinos Spiliopoulos is a specialized plastic surgeon, a member of the Hellenic and European Society of Plastic Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery. He was born in Athens and is a graduate of the Medical School of Athens.
